L-Acoustics K1
SSE hire is currently the largest stockist of l-acoustics K1 in the UK, with a full range of associated cabinets to support it. All of SSE's l-acoustics is rental standard K, which is the very highest grade of users, determined by the manufacture, L-acoustics. Being part of the K1 project from the early pilot program in 2009 SSE has worked very closely with l-acoustics, feeding them real life data and experiences.
The in house project management design team quickly made themselves known as one of the most consistent K1 users in Europe producing excellent results time again for its clients. Fielding the K1 on the majority of the UK's festival main stages, visiting engineers and system techs from around the world know they are in the safest hands at an SSE show. SSE also supports its valued touring clients with K standard treatment in arenas around Europe with the best results. Coupled with SSE's Dante returns system and an SSE Digital Drive Station, it really is the Ferrai of PA systems.
L-Acoustics V-DOSC
This industry standard line array system is a recent addition to SSE Hire's range.
It has revolutionised the world of audio since its introductin and is specified by leading sound engineers in corporate, touring and event applications.
L-Acoustics dV-DOSC
Retaining all the benefits of V-DOSC, this separate 'dv' system is ideal for smaller venues.
Its compact size and great coverage is well suited in theatrical and corporate applications.
Nexo GEO T
The most advanced vertical array package available, GEO T is designed to deliver a high quality of sound to large audiences at high Sound Pressure Levels (SPL).
It is extremely compact and flies from its own footprint, straight out of the flight case and is used in conjunction with the GEO-soft software, enabling sound designs to be delivered with great precision.
Recent tours using GEO T systems include Oasis, Tori Amos, Garbage and White Stripes. GEO T is deployed for main stages at major festivals such as the Carling weekend, T in the Park and V.
Nexo GEO S8
The Ultra compact GEO S8 utilises the same line array technology as GEO T, but in a smaller format for events requiring less SPLs. These full range array boxes offer flexibility to design horizontal or vertical arrays with coherent output.
It offers high musical definition and optimal performance in venues of all shapes and sizes.
Nexo Alpha
This conventional speaker system remains in high demand for many varied applications. The enclosures are ergonomically designed for easy, safe flying, stacking and truck packing.
Where line array configurations are unsuitable, Alpha is the first and most reliable option.
Recent users include Dionne Warwick, Turin Brakes, Thunder, Slipknot and Slayer among others.
Nexo PS Series
This small high output enclosure provides the basis for an extremely versatile system where distributed sound is required, for example at conferences or product launches.
It can be flown or ground based, used as monitors, stand mounted or used as a front or sidefill.
