Melpomen SA was founded in Nantes in 1982 and is one of France’s leading live sound hire companies.
Melpomen joined the SSE Audio Group in 2001 in a move to extend our services into the heart of Europe. Tour managers working across Europe can budget in Euros and can access an enormous pool of matching equipment.
A programme of integration means the Group now share common processes in the packaging, preparation and service of equipment from Birmingham, Paris, Nantes and La Rochelle.
The Group now has an extensive integrated hire stock, which can be rapidly deployed anywhere in Europe.
