Back-up and Support
With bases in the Midlands, London and Yorkshire, support is never far away. All our premises now offer the full range of SSE services, so you can use whichever is most convenient for you.
SSE Sales customers have exactly the same back-up and support provided to our hire clients, utilising the facilities that we have in place to service our hire equipment.
We have full time service engineers in London, Redditch and Bradford, capable of doing most repairs from DJ equipment, to speaker re-cones, to amplifiers, to large scale digital mixing consoles. This means that if you have a problem we can get you up and running quickly. As we generally also hold the products in hire stock, we can also loan you items while your goods are in repair.
Part Exchange
SSE Sales offers part exchange on up to date equipment. For example if you have a Yamaha M7CL you wanted to trade in for a different digital mixing console we would be more than happy to look at this for you. We can also offer part exchange on Nexo and L-Acoustics speaker systems.
Long-term Contract Rental
We have operated long-term contract rental installations for a number of years, which works exceptionally well for many venue operators. Long-term rental means there is never a large outlay of cash for your audio system and it gives you the benefits of a service contract as well. In certain cases we are also now able to offer similar deals on mixing consoles for rental companies etc, with the option to buy, exchange or end the rental at the end of the contract rental period.
Used Equipment
We also supply used equipment from our hire inventory. As all our hire equipment is well cared for and maintained, and you’re buying straight from the source, this makes us a safe bet for used equipment. All used equipment is fully serviced prior to sale and is sold with a 3 month guarantee.
Complete Bespoke Packages
SSE Sales has direct access to the case and rack manufacturing facilities of Sigma Fabrications - another member of SSE Audio Group. Our own Electronics department also manufactures cabling and power distro systems.
This means we are able to offer complete bespoke packages, custom made to your requirements.
This is of benefit to both touring and installation packages and enables us to offer finishing touches no-one else can match, such as personalised metalwork and custom routing all at great prices.
