Whilst we make every effort to ensure the equipment supplied to you works perfectly from day one, inevitably from time to time faults may occur. For your peace of mind all equipment sold by SSE (unless specifically stated) is backed up by a warranty
All new equipment purchased from SSE Audio Group is covered by a manufacturers warranty of at least 12 months, valid from the date of purchase. In the case of used equipment, where the manufacturers warranty has expired, SSE Audio Group provide a 90 day warranty, again valid from the date of purchase.
New equipment warranty claims fall broadly into two categories:
1)The faulty equipment is returned direct to the manufacturer for repair. Many brands deal direct with the end user, check their websites for full details of how to log a warranty service call
2)The faulty equipment is returned to SSE to manage the warranty process, either by repairing the item for the manufacturer or shipping the item back to the manufacturer on the end users behalf. In this instance to make a warranty claim the end user should contact the SSE Service Department.
Used equipment warranty: All used equipment warranty work is undertaken by the SSE Service department. In order to make a warranty claim the end user should contact the SSE Service Department.
