Hire Service Department
SSE Audio's vast hire stock is kept up and running by our hire service department based in the company's Redditch head quarters.
Our service engineers are manufacturer trained and supported on virtually all products within our hire inventory. From the latest digital consoles through to speaker recones the service team are able to undertake service and repair work in house ensuring our hire stock is always fully operational and ready for deployment.
The skill sets of the service team along with the facilities at Redditch enables much of the equipment to be repaired down to component level. With close working partnerships with all the major manufacturers, SSE Audio Group are able to source spares rapidly, ensuring rapid turnaround on most faulty kit.
The team's time is taken up with a mixture of planned routine maintenance alongside break-fix repair work. They are also able to provide remote support to SSE's system techs out on tour assisting with the resolution of faults on the road. Should remote resolution not be possible, either by guidance or replacement kit, then a member of the service team will be deployed to fix the problem.
In the unlikely event of failures occuring whilst equipment is out on hire, our extensive stock holding means we can deploy replacement equipment to a tour as soon as the fault occurs.
