In an ideal world all technical issues would arise during our normal business hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. However real life doesn't work like that so we have systems in place to support your rental at all times of the day and night.
For tours and festivals which have SSE Crew supplied then any issues will be addressed by them. They will have all the required contact details for the assigned Project Manager and Technical support and will be able to call on their support 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
In the instance of dry hire where no SSE crew are present please refer to your hire documentation for contact details out of hours.
