SSE Audio Group offers a variety of service and maintenance options for the system installed in your venue. We understand the importance of keeping your installation up and running and have a team of service engineers who can attend site to resolve your issues. We are happy to service and repair your system either as part of a maintenance contract or on an ad-hoc basis.
With engineers based in London, Redditch, Bradford and Heywood we are able to cover locations the length and breadth of the UK. To assist in response times we also have a network of freelance engineers which we utilise for calls to locations further afield.

If you have a problem with your installed system always email firstname.lastname@example.org describing the problem as your first action, even if it is an emergency.
This will send an email to all our Service Engineers to ensure you get a speedy response even if you cannot get through by telephone. You will get an email by return to confirm that your call has been logged. Please note, if you haven't received this email, then your call has not been logged.
Important: If you are not registered on system.support or the system doesn't recognise your email address, you call will not be logged.
